Colonial Funeral Home provides funeral and cremation merchandise and services. For a full list of merchandise and services available and their pricing, please contact the funeral home.

It is important to remember that funerals and memorial services are for the living. They are a celebration of a life lived. Our funeral directors will help you to select a service that will fit the needs of your family.

Traditional Service

This includes a visitation on one day followed by a funeral service either at the funeral home or at a church the following day with burial at a cemetery.  Some families choose to have the visitation, service, and burial on the same day.

Graveside Service

You may choose to have a brief committal service held at the cemetery for family and friends followed by burial.

Immediate Burial

Burial takes place at the cemetery with or without the family present.

Transfer to Another Funeral Home

This service takes place when there is no local service and the deceased is transferred to a funeral home out of town.

Direct Cremation

Cremation takes place without a visitation or service of any kind.

Cremation With Memorial Service

A memorial service takes place after the cremation.  It is a gathering of family and friends either at the funeral home or a church usually with the cremains present.

Visitation And Cremation

This includes a visitation with the deceased present followed by a funeral service at the funeral home or church.  Cremation follows.
